WinPAY 360 is a payroll platform operated for Winstone Properties Ltd. This policy explains what information we handle and why.

Information we collect

Account details (name, email, username, phone), employment and salary information, attendance records, leave applications and attachments, advance/loan requests, and sign-in activity.

How we use it

Only to calculate salaries, publish payslips, process leave and finance requests, and keep accounts secure. We do not sell personal data.

Who can see it

Each employee can see only their own records. Authorised administrators can manage employee and payroll data. Sensitive changes are logged.

Security and retention

Data is stored in encrypted, access-controlled cloud storage and kept for as long as required for payroll and legal obligations.
